Privacy

The bench keeps little, and what it keeps is handled deliberately. When you petition the bench, your question and the answer may be stored for review before anything is published.

Petitions

Questions submitted through the petition form are capped in length and may be stored with the Keeper's generated answer in a private moderation queue. Refusals are returned to you but are not written into the archive queue.

If an entry is approved, the public page uses a reviewed public question or paraphrase. Pending, rejected, and hidden entries are not emitted into the public static site or sitemap.

Removal

To request removal or correction of a published entry, write to privacy@fourfletchwizard.com. The v1 lifecycle is manual: the entry can be marked hidden, removed from the publish set, and dropped from the next static rebuild.

Operations

The serverless functions use environment-held credentials for Anthropic, Redis REST storage, the moderation secret, and the deploy hook. Those secrets are not sent to the browser. Basic request metadata may be processed for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
